BROAD is the healthcare workflow service designed to run first on igent.me, where URGE checks each request against written policy before anything happens.

• The Sensor Head is designed to feed it: in a healthcare room it notices a person, a fall or a loud event and reports it to BROAD as a standard FHIR record.
• Every refusal says why. In BROAD's tests since 11 October 2026, a nurse signed in without a live session is refused and told the session is missing.
• The first clinical pathway, patient admission, is drafted.
