Episode 1: the plan and the hardware
A Raspberry Pi 5 on the lab bench now reports to its portal once a second and is back online 14 seconds after a power cut.
- Each device, called an igent, keeps one secure connection to the igent.me portal: today a sensor head and a desktop app, later a phone, a drone and a car.
- The first service behind the portal is BROAD, a healthcare workflow platform.
- URGE checks every request with formal logic, not an AI language model, and shows how it reached each verdict.
- The plan has five steps, and steps one and three already work.
The cameras, microphones, distance sensor and motors are not wired yet, so for now the head's readings come from stand-in software.
