Simulators

Four in-browser simulators, one machine each, all operable by a visitor.

They are also the source the design system was read out of: every control in it appeared on one of these four pages before it was a component.

Industrial design

A single-seat electric commuter: a recumbent front-wheel-drive tadpole trike, begun as a 1988 clay speedform and now carried forward as generative CAD.

  • Two steered and driven wheels forward, one trailing
  • Recumbent seating position, low centre of gravity
  • 1988 clay model → 3D scan → parametric model

Home lab

A small self-hosted lab run as an operations problem rather than a hardware collection.

  • Monitoring, backup, network and alerting to a phone
  • Operations surfaces that read their source files on every request, so no reading on screen can be a stale copy
  • Not publicly reachable; the playlist is the record of it

Film archive

Home movies shot on 8 mm by Tony’s father, digitised and published.
